Check, compare and revise your image before ordering full size prints
If you're sending a digital file for us to print from – and if this is the first time you have printed with us – we recommend ordering a set of printed proofs before having your final, full size order printed.
A4 Printed proofs allow you to check the quality of the print from your image, and the paper or papers you are interested in using, our proofing service also gives you a chance to make any changes to the image if you're not 100% happy with the reproduction on the first attempt. We can make the amendments for you and print a revised proof – this is included in our proof cost. Proofs are printed A4 in size and you can have your image printed on more than one type of paper – up to three from our range – if you want to compare surfaces and finishes. We can either reduce your image to fit onto the A4 sheet, or print a full size portion of your image.
Printed proofs give you the chance to check your image and compare papers if you've not printed with us before.
A4 Printed Proof: £6.75 per image on one paper
Additional Papers: £1.50 per paper
We allow for a maximum of 3 papers. UK Postage & Packaging and optional revised proofs are included in the above costs. For customers outside of the UK, Postage & Packaging costs are as follows;
Europe: £9.00
USA & the Rest of the World: £12.00
If you live outside of the UK and require revised proofs, we can edit your images and send digital proofs free of charge, alternatively, we can print your revised Printed Proofs with Postage & Packaging invoiced at the above costs.
New for 2023, all our proofs will carry a dStudio embossed stamp, assuring the quality and authenticity of our proofs.
Please Note: If you order a print without having a proof produced first – you will understand that we can not guarantee a likeness to what you see on your own computer screen, to your original artwork or any prints you've had produced from your image previously, therefore we can not be responsible for any difference to your expectations.
